It's to far to shop with you at the moment. As they say on postcards "Wish you were here". At present nearest shop, not a patch on Amberley Stores, is 9 Kilometers away. Looking forward to shopping with you in October

Colin,Lee and staff don't just run a village store of great quality but also offer a great social service to the village community. The changing range of goods is amazing and the supply of fresh local produce is great.They deserve not only local and a county recognition but should win a national award for their community involvement and help to us all. Our B&B's walking the South Downs way & visitors to the area appreciate such a service just off the track which at the moment is not well catered for in The national park

I have recently done an exercise to compare the cost of shopping at Amberley Village stores with using Tesco or Sainsbury in Pulborough. With petrol and diesel prices at their current level, it makes no sense to drive to Pulborough for anything less than a monthly "big" shop for those items that we can't get at the village shop. Not only that, but the products available at Amberley Village stores are often superior to those at the big supermarkets. Keep up the good work!
